A collection of my work for the Maine Trust for Local News (2024–present), featuring key-frame animated digital ads for high-traffic news websites and effective print advertisements for Maine's major newspapers.
Highlights from my work with Sturbridge Yankee Workshop (2018–2019), where I helped create a compelling visual brand experience for online shoppers. This collection includes daily promotional emails, website graphics, and product demonstration videos designed to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
I had the unique opportunity to build the entire brand for Jim's Wheelhouse (2015–2018), a new family-run pizza restaurant and pinball arcade. From designing the logo to building the website and photographing the collection of 18+ pinball machines, I created a cohesive visual style for the business from its initial launch through three years of successful operation.
Highlights from my time at CBC Automotive Marketing (2014–2016), a fast-paced agency where I designed print, digital, and email campaigns for car dealerships nationwide. This role required balancing a high volume of creative output with the strict brand compliance of major automotive manufacturers.
Highlights of my work supporting a new wholesale e-commerce website project for Down To Earth Distributors (2013). My contributions included prototyping UI concepts, designing B2B email marketing campaigns, and creating original product photography and copywriting for their catalog.
Highlights from my work at the Arizona Daily Star (2012–2013), where I translated creative briefs into compelling newspaper ads for a wide range of clients. This fast-paced role involved creating high-impact, speculative campaigns under intense, same-day deadlines to help secure new business.
As part of Wick Communications' new Central Design Initiative (2011–2012), I helped pioneer a new business model by creating print and digital ads for 18 newspapers across 5 time zones. This collection showcases my work, including spearheading the company's transition to HTML5 web ads and creating all advertising creative for a major regional music festival.
While at the full-service agency Tucci Creative (2010–2011), I produced comprehensive advertising campaigns for over 30 clients across four distinct media channels: print, web, television, and radio. This collection includes examples of local television commercials that I was part of the making of, as well as a wide array of print advertising.
My role on the CAS Media production team at the Michigan State University College of Communication Arts and Sciences (2008–2010) was to translate complex academic research into accessible and engaging visual content. I collaborated on the filming of several short documentaries and produced 2D animations for key university initiatives such as the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams.
As a Flash Designer for the Michigan State University College of Social Science (2008), I developed dynamic web content and games using ActionScript3. My work involved prototyping UI concepts for an interactive media database and designing character art and animations for an educational biology game aimed at a K-12 audience.
